Account & Registration

To register at dhk33, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Each user may create only one account — we reserve the right to cancel any duplicate accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended or permanently closed at any time. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, we will launch an investigation immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on dhk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). After a deposit, withdrawals may be delayed until a specific verification process is completed. If unusual activity is detected on any transaction, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on it for security purposes.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

In the event of account closure, we will make every effort to refund any valid balance (excluding bonuses). However, if fraud is proven, all funds may be forfeited. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team.

• Any appeal against a suspension must be submitted within 30 days.
• Self-exclusions made for responsible gaming reasons will be honored.
• The decision to reopen a closed account is entirely at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Dhk33 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming on the platform. We are also not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure, or third-party issues.
